What this website collects

If you use our contact form, we keep what you send: your name, organisation, email address, phone number if you give it, the plan you're interested in and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to arrange a demo if you ask for one.

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and doesn't track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we're talking to you, and delete them when they're no longer needed, normally within two years of our last contact.

Using PreHospital360

When an ambulance or medical service uses PreHospital360, that service decides how its staff and patient information is used, and we look after it on their behalf under our agreement with them. If you have a question about records a service holds about you, please contact that service first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us through the contact page. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
